Residential Shift Lead - 2nd Shift

What You'll Do

• Provides training of youth leaders
• Counsels staff on meeting applicable standards
• Conducts department team meetings and trainings
• Trains Mental Health Technicians
• Establishes Shift Supervisor schedules
• Advocates on behalf of clients and families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three years of mental health experience
• Previous leadership experience
• Active driver's license and proof of car insurance

Schedule

Full-time, non-exempt. 100% In Person Work Setting
Shift Differentials: Added to base rate when working the below hours
2nd Shift (3p - 11p): $1.50/hr
3rd Shift (11p - 7a): $1.00/hr
Weekends (Fri, 3pm - Mon, 6:59am): $0.50/hr
Shift Lead: $1.50 per hour
