Residential Shift Lead (2nd Shift) - $1,000 Bonus

Full-time, Non-Exempt
Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 1p - 11p
Shift Differentials: $1.50/hr for 2nd Shift (3p - 11p), $0.50/hr for weekends (Friday, 3pm - Monday, 6:59am)

About the Role

Responsible for supervising the Residential campus milieu, generally on the second shift. Ensures a positive treatment environment and desired treatment outcomes. Coaches team members on proper youth care skills and procedures. Ensures compliance and safety standards are maintained. Responds to crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Provides training of youth leaders, role models, and coaches team members on proper YouthCare skills and procedures.
• Counsels staff on meeting applicable standards.
• Conducts department team meetings and trainings.
• Trains Mental Health Technicians, role models, and coaches team members on proper YouthCare skills and procedures.
• Establishes Shift Supervisor schedules, ensuring there is sufficient coverage and minimal overtime, as possible.
• Advocates on behalf of clients and families with external agencies, within the family, and internally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of mental health experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Active driver's license and proof of car insurance.
