CNC Lead (2nd shift) - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead and support CNC operators, ensuring safe machining practices and adherence to all safety policies.
• Cook up daily workflow, machine assignments, and production priorities to meet schedule requirements.
• Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Oversee inspection of machined parts and enforce quality procedures to prevent defects.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and coordinate major repairs with maintenance teams.
• Train and mentor CNC operators in machine operation, setups, and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and equipment records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC machining preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years CNC machining experience with proven leadership capability.
• A strong understanding of CNC machine operation, setup, and maintenance.
• A knowledge of G-code, cutting tools, and holders.
• An ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience training or supervising CNC operators.
• Experience implementing production or process improvements.

Pay

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 hourly (2nd shift has a 15% shift differential)
