Responsibilities

• Program Support: Assist in planning and delivering residential training and support activities based on Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
• Staff Guidance: Provide direction to residential services aides and help develop their skills in supporting individuals
• Record Review: Check documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards and report findings to supervisors
• Team Participation: Share input in meetings and help identify strategies that improve active treatment
• Incident Prevention: Assist with identifying causes of incidents and support efforts to improve safety
• Resource Requests: Request needed supplies and equipment to
