Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the community, including offices, model units, amenities, stairwells, breezeways, and entrances.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across common areas.
  • Clean carpets, furniture, windows, and other surfaces to uphold community standards.
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain organized, well-stocked supply areas.
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents through light cleaning and touch-ups.
  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly, follow safety procedures, and provide professional, courteous service to residents and team members.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in janitorial, custodial, or groundskeeping roles; apartment industry experience preferred.
  • Basic maintenance knowledge (e.g., painting, fixture replacement) and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation may be required based on property needs.
