About the Role

As a Residential Service Technician, you'll visit homeowners with pre-booked appointments to inspect and service existing waterproofing systems, diagnose problems, make repairs, and recommend solutions that protect their homes. This role offers steady, year-round work with uncapped earning potential for those who enjoy solving problems and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual maintenance on sump pumps, battery backups, and waterproofing systems
• Diagnose mechanical and water intrusion issues
• Complete repairs and maintenance with professionalism
• Educate homeowners on solutions such as backup pumps, dehumidifiers, waterproofing improvements, and foundation stabilization
• Build trust through outstanding customer service
• Create an exceptional experience that generates referrals and five-star reviews

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in plumbing, waterproofing, HVAC, construction, foundation repair, or another skilled trade
• Ability to explain technical issues to homeowners in an understandable way
• Comfortable working in basements, crawlspaces, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay

• $25/hour guaranteed base pay
• Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
• Expected first-year earnings of $80,000–$105,000+
• Top performers earn $120,000+
