About the role

We're looking for an experienced Residential Service Professional who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering quality workmanship. If you're tired of chasing jobs or working for companies that don't appreciate your experience, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Helping homeowners with repairs, maintenance, and light remodeling projects, including finish carpentry, drywall repairs, kitchen and bathroom updates, deck, fence, and exterior repairs, light plumbing and electrical repairs, general home maintenance, and punch-list items.
• Troubleshooting problems and recommending practical solutions.
• Providing friendly, professional service that turns customers into lifelong clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of residential construction, remodeling, or handyman experience (15+ years is even better).
• Strong knowledge across multiple trades.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Pride in clean, quality workmanship.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record.
