Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, garbage disposals, and other appliances.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions, using advanced tools and techniques.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent future plumbing problems and extend system longevity.
• Ensure all work complies with Utah state and local building codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining services, providing transparent pricing, and addressing concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment on every job site.
• Collaborate with the Ninja HVAC & Plumbing team to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid plumbing license in the state of Utah (required).
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a residential plumber.
• A strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and installation techniques.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• A reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• The physical ability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
