Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing and drainage systems
- Perform drain cleaning/snaking using company-provided equipment
- Accurately identify materials and plan for installations and repairs
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide clear, cost-effective solutions
- Deliver safe, efficient service with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Provide honest recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must own your own basic plumbing tools (Hahn provides specialized drain cleaning equipment)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Team-oriented and dependable, with a willingness to assist during emergency calls
