Residential Service Plumber

Responsibilities

• Hold and maintain the necessary licenses to pull permits and oversee work under your license.
• Collaborate with our construction team to ensure all plumbing installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
• Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances (sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, etc.).
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems
• Performing leak detection and repair
• Working with natural gas, propane, and oil lines (must have a valid license for each)
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
• Ensuring all work meets safety standards and adheres to plumbing codes
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years residential plumbing experience
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Strong communication skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be well organized & punctual
• Professional Presentation

Compensation

• $25.00 - $40.00 based on experience
