Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, drain lines, and water lines
- Install, replace, and service faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, water treatment systems, sump pumps, and other residential plumbing components
- Perform drain cleaning and basic sewer and water line troubleshooting
- Complete residential service calls safely, efficiently, and with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Explain findings and recommended repair options clearly and professionally to homeowners
- Complete electronic work orders, service documentation, and job notes accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while respecting customers' homes
- Maintain plumbing codes, company standards, and safety procedures
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle
Requirements
- Residential plumbing service experience required
- Michigan plumbing license (Journeyman or Master) required; apprentices working toward licensure will also be considered
- Experience independently running residential service calls is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift, carry, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces
Qualifications
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship
- Experience With Any Of The Following Is a Plus: Tank and tankless water heaters, Water treatment systems, Drain cleaning, Sewer and water line repairs, Gas piping, Backflow prevention, Boilers, Mobile service software or electronic job documentation

Pay & Schedule
- Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Rotating after-hours on-call schedule
- Overtime opportunities available
