Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, service, and install plumbing systems in residential homes and light commercial environments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering high-quality plumbing work, exceptional customer service, and strong problem-solving skills. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship, communicates effectively with customers, and can work independently while contributing to a positive team culture.

• Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair and replacement solutions.
• Utilize Straight Forward Pricing (including all company-approved forms) correctly on each call.
• Wear floor savers while in customers' homes and maintain a clean, professional work area.
• Test all completed work before leaving to ensure systems are functioning properly.
• Eliminate unnecessary callbacks by completing jobs correctly the first time.
• Clearly explain repairs, recommendations, and completed work to customers.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction on every job.
• Maintain a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while operating company vehicles.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Assist in mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians when needed.

Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service and repair experience. Proven track record of high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Extensive knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, and installations. Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners. Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to mentor and lead by example. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
