Troubleshooting and Repair
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently
- Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
Customer Service
- Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area
- Educate and offer the customer appropriate upgrades that can be completed immediately or at scheduled time
- Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
- Document work completed with before and after photos
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years residential electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting all aspects of the Electrical System
- Journeyman level Electricians preferred
- Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting
- Detail oriented with good time management skills
- Experience with Service Titan a plus!
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
- Maintain safe working practices and methods
- Work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights
