Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems
• Install panels, lighting, outlets, wiring, and circuits
• Diagnose issues and present solutions to homeowners
• Handle service calls professionally and efficiently
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Participate in on‑call rotation as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years residential electrical experience
• Valid Virginia driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Customer‑focused communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field

Preferred

• Journeyman Electrician license
• Experience with panel upgrades and EV chargers (a plus)
