At Hall’s Culligan, you are responsible for new business development. You’ll meet with homeowners, test their water, and help them choose solutions that genuinely improve their day-to-day life. Pay
- Uncapped commission + bonuses
- Most reps hit $80K–$100K in year one
- Top performers earn $150K–200K+

- $70K from sales commissions

Success is driven by self-generated opportunities. For example: running 7 appointments per week, closing 60% of them, and selling/renting 6 systems per week.

- Test water and explain results in an understandable way
- Recommend the right solution for their needs
- Close deals and build your income

Requirements
