Residential Sales Executive (Telecommunications) Cal-Ore Communications | Northern California Cal-Ore Communications is seeking a motivated Residential Outside Sales Executive to drive sales of Internet, Voice, and Smart Home services across our Northern California service areas. Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and sell to new residential customers (door-to-door and outbound calls)Conduct customer needs assessments and present tailored solutionsManage a sales pipeline and track opportunities in SalesforcePrepare and deliver proposals (in-person and virtual)Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotasParticipate in community events, trade shows, and marketing activitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery Minimum & Preferred Qualifications1–3 years of sales experience (telecom preferred)Strong consultative selling, closing, and communication skillsExperience managing a territory and sales pipelineCRM experience (Salesforce preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TeamsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to work evenings and weekends, as needed Compensation & BenefitsCompensation: $69,000 - $79,000 total annual earnings (OTE) includes base salary plus commissionBase Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (DOE)Commission: ~$2,000/month at target, with a ramp up period and significant upsideComprehensive benefits and retirement planNew Hire Bonus: $5,000, paid in two installments, subject to the employee remaining actively employed and all eligibility requirements are satisfied on each payment date:$2,500 following 120 days of continuous employment$2,500 following 12 months of continuous employment
