Certified under the Terminix Way program as a licensed and experienced route technician and trainer focused on pest, termite, bed bug, and mosquito control services and training others in the Terminix Way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, safe and effective pest, termite, bed bug, and mosquito control service for each established and new customers on assigned route
• Complete quarterly/annual Healthy Home inspections to ensure continued service efficacy and identify/document any concerning condition
• Advise customers of service work completed, summarize concerning conditions, relate recommended solutions/benefits, gain commitment, and collaborate with other team members on needed follow-up
• Maintain safe and clean vehicle/equipment, and ensure sufficient quantities of product to meet route service needs
• Maintain proactive route schedule management, partnering with management and branch support center as needed for any scheduling interventions
