Residential Review Appraiser

Position Summary

This job is responsible for reviewing residential appraisal reports completed by staff or third-party appraisers to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and valuation guidelines for lending.

Key responsibilities

• Completes residential property valuation product quality reviews and/or analyses while maintaining individual work queue(s) to support production goals
• Completes enterprise and/or management cascaded compliance training
• Attends team calls/meetings to understand department goals, initiatives, processes and strategies
• Maintains appropriate state appraisal licensure and completes all required continuing education
• Understands, and adapts to changes to, applicable industry laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines affecting real property valuations
• Delivers process outputs and relevant reporting requested by management

Required Skills

• 5+ years appraisal/appraisal review experience
• Sate licensed (certified or certified general) appraiser in good standing.
