Residential Remodeling Sales Representative - Base + Uncapped Commission, W2

About the role

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• No cold-calling or lead generation – all leads are warm and pre‑set

Requirements

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience (recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles also succeed)
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device for two‑factor authentication to log into company systems
• CT Salesperson License

Pay

• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission
• Quarterly Net Sales Bonus Program
• Expected first‑year income earnings up to $200K+

Schedule

Rotating schedule:

• Weeks 1–2: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Weeks 3–4: Tuesday–Friday (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Saturday (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)

Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
