Residential Remodeling Sales Consultant (Base + Commission, W2!)

About the role
An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements for our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
- Weeks 1–2: Monday–Friday, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Weeks 3–4: Tuesday–Friday (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Saturday (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
- Sales appointments are approximately 2 hours each
- Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
- Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
- No cold-calling or lead generation—all leads are warm and pre-set
Requirements
- Ability to quickly connect with anyone in any environment
- Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience (success also seen with recent grads or those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles)
- Valid smartphone or smart device for company systems using two-factor authentication

Pay
- Competitive base salary
- Uncapped commission

Schedule
Rotating schedule: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, with varying availability as outlined in responsibilities.
