The Residential Real Estate Specialist (RRES) is the primary source of expertise for UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) clients to deliver solutions for their complex and unique needs in financing residential real estate.

Working in concert with the client team to ensure a holistic approach, the RRES facilitates structure and pricing of the product(s) that best fits the clients' overall financial objectives. In addition, he/she works with the client and client team to obtain all financial documentation necessary. The RRES works closely with partners within the product to ensure a smooth process, while communicating effectively and consistently with the client and client team throughout the process. The RRES serves as the product champion, communicating product, policy, and program enhancements to client managers/advisors.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong credit/underwriting skills with a deep level of mortgage product knowledge, and an ability to work within GWIM custom mortgage guidelines.
  • Serve as the market expert in your geographic market, understanding market values and trends, as well as how to sell against the competition.
  • Act as the product champion, communicating product, policy, and program enhancements to client managers/advisors.
  • Work closely with partners within the product to ensure a smooth process while maintaining consistent communication with the client and client team.
  • Facilitate structure and pricing of mortgage products that align with clients' financial objectives.
  • Obtain all necessary financial documentation from clients and client teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales/underwriting within the residential real estate wealth management business.
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years’ experience with High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth segment.
  • SAFE Act registration and compliance required.

Schedule

1st shift (United States of America), 40 hours per week.
