Residential Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Manage residential interior and exterior painting projects end-to-end
• Communicate proactively with homeowners — no surprises, no dropped balls
• Keep subcontractor crews aligned to Dino's quality, cleanliness, and timeline standards
• Lead walk-throughs, punch lists, and final sign-offs on every job
• Own the production schedule and push jobs forward daily
• Keep job documentation clean and current in our management tools

Qualifications

• Strong leadership presence—crews follow your direction the first time
• Clean driving record
• Tech-capable with scheduling software, apps, photos, and documentation
• Detail-driven, organized, and consistent
• Available to work evenings and weekends, especially in the busy season. (April - September)

Compensation

• $51,200 - $81,400/year
