Residential Program Supervisor

About the role

The Residential Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential program, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the residential program
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Maintain a safe and secure living environment for residents
• Provide supervision and support to staff members
• Collaborate with external agencies and community partners
• Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and progress
• Develop and implement training programs for staff
• Manage the budget and resources of the residential program

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology)
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a residential setting
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Knowledge of best practices in residential care and treatment
• Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with some evening and weekend shifts required
