Residential Program Manager (Tacoma)

About the role

Full-time Residential Manager position in the Adult Residential Service Program located in Tacoma, WA (Pierce County area). Program: 040. Paid new hire training and certifications provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise assigned programs.
• Ensure programs achieve outcomes set by the Residential Administrator.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals to provide the highest quality care to clients.
• Help clients explore new opportunities and the potential of their own independence.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid license (or obtainable within 30 days of hire).
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and car insurance.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field.
• NAR/75hr certification or CNA credential.

Pay

Wage range: $27.90 – $28.70 per hour.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday shifts with an on‑call rotation approximately every 4 weeks.
