About the role
The Residential Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of residential programs, ensuring they meet the needs of residents and comply with all regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of human services principles.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of residential programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness
- Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to address individual needs
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program performance
- Manage staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (human services, social work, etc.)
- At least 5 years of experience in human services management
- Proven ability to manage complex programs and teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs
Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing human services programs
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners
