Residential Program Manager

What You’ll Do

Oversee operations of 4–6 residential homes
Supervise, coach, and support a team of 30–40 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture
Ensure individuals receive quality, person-centered care in the home and community
Communicate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members
Monitor documentation, compliance, and program performance

Requirements

• Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s in Human Services preferred
• 1+ year of direct experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• 1+ year of supervisory or management experience in an IDD or human services setting
• Preferred: Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing staff
• 21+ years old
• Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 2 years with a good driving record (not including permit time)
• Able to lift/transfer up to 50 pounds
• Must pass a reading and math assessment and meet all pre-employment requirements, including a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

FLS Certification Bonus Program

Front Line Supervisors are eligible to earn a $1,500 certification bonus within their first year.

Pay Range

$47,500 - $55,000 per hour
