About the role
Support, empower, and transform the lives of children and adolescents (ages 5–21) with Autism and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. As a Program Manager (PM) in our residential program, you’ll provide strong and reliable leadership to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and monitoring to residential staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior support plans and IEPs, as well as completion of necessary documentation.
- Oversee daily group home operations, including budget management, staffing, adherence to weekly schedule, coordination of community outings, grocery shopping, and more.
- Ensure QI/QA procedures are adhered to, work directly in ratio with students, and maintain environmental safety as well as a functional and homelike environment.
- Attend and participate in clinical meetings, PM meetings, and run monthly house staff meetings, developing meeting agendas.
- Participate in PM on-call rotation, covering with the assistant manager on-call through a rotating schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting children or individuals with special needs.
- Previous supervisory experience and experience with implementing crisis intervention procedures.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.
Skills
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to support children with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, supporting and guiding your team with empathy, patience, and respect.
- Experience in Human Services and with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) is a plus.

Pay
$29/hour–$30/hour depending on applicable experience.
