Residential Program Manager
Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Works with management team to establish ground rules and objectives.
- Organizes work into manageable activities, assigns tasks, and follows up for timely completion.
- Maintains a positive role model for colleagues, staff, and clients.
- Supports clients in progressing towards their Personal Centered Support Plan and Behavior Support Plan.
- Implements and monitors the cleanliness and maintenance of each client’s home.
- Develops and implements a positive cultural change plan, including promoting positive stories about the organization.
- Communicates personal constructive feedback directly to others and avoids triangulating communication.
- Accounts for all receipts of money, assists clients in spending money appropriately, documents expenditures, and balances accounts.
- Performs client care duties in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinates housing and financial assistance with Rep-Payee.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study is preferred.
- Three to five years of progressive, more complex responsible experience in delivering social services or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two to three years of experience working in a residential setting.
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Pass a pre-employment criminal background check and annual updates.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Basic computer and software skills.

Must be willing to work at least one weekend shift.

Pay
$23.75/hr.
Schedule
24 X 7 X 365-day program oversight with on-call responsibilities for one week every six weeks.
