RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM MANAGER
Job Description
The Reasons Eating Disorder Center (Reasons) is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure patient care is provided accurately and promptly. This role involves supervising care for patients with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions, managing staff performance, and implementing policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for complete facility operations and staff management.
- Act as a liaison between staff, patients, and facility administration.
- Assist in evaluating staff performance and orienting new staff.
- Implement facility policies and procedures.
- Evaluate patients/milieu acuity and report high acuity to the Director of Nursing.
- Schedule staff assignments and program schedules based on acuity and budgetary guidelines.
About the Role
The Residential Program Manager works in beautiful, intimate six-bed houses in Pasadena and Arcadia, Los Angeles, providing compassionate care to diverse patients with eating disorders and co-occurring diagnoses.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Licensure: Master's degree and license preferred in nursing, dietetics, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
- Education: Degree from an accredited program in relevant field.
- Experience: Supervisory/managerial experience required, preferably in a psychiatric or residential treatment facility.
- Additional Requirements: Flexible work schedule and participation in an on-call rotation.
