Residential Program Coordinator - Aurora

About the role

Support, Inc. is a progressive organization providing community-based solutions for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is part of an interdisciplinary team that includes nurses, behavior therapists, and public benefits administrators.

Responsibilities

- Train community providers and staff, conduct care planning, and solve problems. - Manage a caseload of consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities in various settings. - Oversee all aspects of consumer care to ensure a high quality of life. - Carry out monitoring and quality assurance responsibilities according to organizational policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

- Associate's degree or equivalent - At least 2 years of related experience and/or training

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training - Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered - Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Reasoning Ability

- Solve practical and complex problems - Prioritize work needs effectively

Work Environment

- Varies between remote work, office, and community locations including host homes and hospitals - Requires a personal vehicle for transportation - Home office location: Aurora, CO

Physical Demands

- Regularly reaches with hands and arms, talks, and hears - Frequently drives - Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds - Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
