About the role
We're looking for a Residential Production Coordinator who thrives in organized chaos and can juggle schedules, permits, materials, installers, subcontractors, spreadsheets, ServiceTitan, phone calls, and customer updates. You'll be the person making sure our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical installation teams have everything they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch install crews
- Coordinate permits, materials, and subcontractors
- Keep projects moving from sold to installed
- Support our Sales and Operations teams
- Process rebates, warranties, and job documentation
- Solve problems before anyone else knows they exist
Requirements
- Ability to work in the office full-time required (non-remote)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 6 months experience in an office, administrative or related position
- Exceptional computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Previous HVAC, plumbing, electrical or related knowledge is strongly desired
- Positive, “can-do” attitude and an excellent sense of urgency in handling high volume daily tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in an ever-changing and evolving environment
- Willing and able to embrace constant change
- Keen ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form

Pay
$48,000-$60,000 annual compensation depending upon experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Some overtime is to be expected in summer/wintertime.
