Job Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, diagnoses, and repairs of residential plumbing systems, with a focus on drain issues.
  • Utilize industry-leading tools and techniques to identify and resolve drain blockages, leaks, and other plumbing-related problems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Always adhere to company safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a plumbing technician, with a specific focus on drain services.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of drain issues, including clogs, leaks, and backups.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
