Job Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, diagnoses, and repairs of residential plumbing systems, with a focus on drain issues.
- Utilize industry-leading tools and techniques to identify and resolve drain blockages, leaks, and other plumbing-related problems.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Always adhere to company safety protocols and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a plumbing technician, with a specific focus on drain services.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of drain issues, including clogs, leaks, and backups.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
