Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic repair service calls.
- Address customer concerns and make friends.
- Hand off larger repairs to plumbing installers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, filtration, gas lines, gas logs, and drain cleaning.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Valid North Carolina Plumbing Contractor or Journeyman License.
- Valid South Carolina LLR Plumbing Contractor License.
- Valid South Carolina MASC Master Plumber Certification.
- Experience in Residential Plumbing, particularly with drain, sewer, water & gas line installation and retrofit.
- Experience with service of tank-less water heaters and water filtration systems.
- Knowledge of drain machines, camera & locator equipment.

- $85,000 to over $150,000
