Pay
Depending on experience, base pay ranges from $25–$50/hr. With uncapped performance bonuses, high performers can earn $100,000–$200,000+ in total compensation.

Requirements
- Strong residential plumbing knowledge with experience running service calls and diagnosing real problems in real homes
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and local codes
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable with technology (ServiceTitan, iPads, digital invoicing)
- Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and explain options clearly
Responsibilities
- Run residential plumbing service and repair calls, including complex issues
- Diagnose plumbing problems and resolve them across a range of systems
- Identify potential issues early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns
- Educate homeowners on repair vs. replace options, financing, and service agreements
- Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Track and own your performance metrics, including revenue and service goals
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to:
- Sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, and use hands to handle controls
- Reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments (e.g., crawl spaces)
- Lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Work outside across multiple seasons
- Use close vision and adjust focus as needed
