Residential Plumber

About the role

Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential homes. This includes diagnosing issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring compliance with local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and recommend solutions
• Install new plumbing fixtures and systems
• Perform routine maintenance checks on existing systems
• Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related experience in plumbing
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
