Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic repair service calls.
• Address customer concerns.
• Hand off larger repairs to plumbing installers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, filtration, gas lines, gas logs, and drain cleaning.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Valid North Carolina Plumbing Contractor or Journeyman License.
• Valid South Carolina LLR Plumbing Contractor License.
• Valid South Carolina MASC Master Plumber Certification.
• Experience in Residential Plumbing, particularly with drain, sewer, water & gas line installation and retrofit.
• Experience with service of tank-less water heaters and water filtration systems.
• Knowledge of drain machines, camera & locator equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 3+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, filtration, gas lines, gas logs, and drain cleaning.
• Preferred qualifications: Valid North Carolina Plumbing Contractor (P1 or P2), Valid North Carolina Journeyman license, Valid South Carolina LLR Plumbing Contractor License, Valid South Carolina MASC Master Plumber Certification.
