Residential Plumber

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Plumbers and aspiring Plumbers to join our team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, part of Hufsey Home Services. We serve clients across five locations in three states as part of the Authority Brands franchise system. This role offers uncapped earning potential, with many of our plumbers earning six figures.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing services for residential and commercial customers.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations (your mobile office).
• Collaborate with team members in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Adhere to training and procedures taught in class with enthusiasm.
• Engage with customers professionally and courteously.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions (hot/cold).

Requirements

• Treat others with respect and act as a team player.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
• Professional appearance.
• For experienced plumbers: proven skills and a desire for career growth.
• For aspiring plumbers: mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

Pay

Commission-based model with uncapped earning potential. You design your own paycheck, with bi-weekly pay.

Interview Process

• After applying, you’ll be contacted for a 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager.
• Next, you’ll attend a service meeting and complete a ride-along with one of our plumbers to experience a day in the role (plan for a full morning).
