About the role

We are looking to hire a full-time Residential Plumber to go out on location to diagnose issues in plumbing systems, discuss them with the homeowners, and make the agreed-upon repairs and/or installations. You will also have the opportunity to mentor Apprentice Plumbers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues in residential plumbing systems
• Discuss findings and repair options with homeowners
• Perform agreed-upon repairs and/or installations
• Mentor Apprentice Plumbers

Requirements

• 2 years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Honest and reliable with good communication skills
• Ability to explain technical things in layman's terms
• Friendly and able to establish good rapport with people easily
• Professional demeanor and respectful of others and their property
• Goal-oriented and interested in a long-term, successful plumbing career
