Residential Manager (Everett)
Job Summary
The Residential Manager is responsible for the oversight and supervision of their assigned programs. They ensure programs achieve the outcomes set by the Residential Administrator. The Manager supervises Direct Support Professionals to consistently provide the highest quality care to clients. You will help clients explore new opportunities and the potential of their own independence.

Shifts
Monday-Friday with on-call rotation approximately every 4 weeks.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities
- HS diploma
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Licensing and Certifications: Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license, Current driver license, car, and car insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or similar field
- NAR/75hr certification, or CNA
