DakotAbilities is a nonprofit organization in Sioux Falls, SD, providing residential, vocational, supported living, and intensive medical services to over 130 people with developmental disabilities. We foster a fun, flexible, family-like culture focused on excellent service and care.

About the role

The Residential Manager oversees the overall management and operation of the residential facility, including administrative, budgetary, staffing, and client responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the residential facility’s daily operations
• Develop and coach employees with a supportive leadership style
• Manage diverse personalities while maintaining calm, care, and professionalism
• Create and maintain schedules

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or two years’ experience working with people who have disabilities or equivalent experience/education
• Previous supervisory experience
• Passion for serving others
• Flexible, energetic personality
