About the Role

Premier Development is looking for a reliable, skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our onsite community team. If you enjoy hands‑on troubleshooting, fixing things right the first time, and helping residents feel at home, this is a great fit for you. In this role, you’ll handle day‑to‑day repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and help keep the community running smoothly and looking great.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily resident service requests for general plumbing, basic electrical, light carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Inspect buildings, common areas, and mechanical systems regularly to spot and fix minor issues before they become major problems.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents (minor repairs, hardware replacement, safety checks).
• Provide friendly, professional updates to residents while completing work orders in their homes.
• Maintain clean work areas, follow safety protocols, and ensure the community grounds are well‑maintained.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in residential, apartment, or commercial building maintenance.
• Hands‑on experience with basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, drywall repair, and general maintenance.
• EPA/HVAC certification is a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s license and your own basic hand tools.
• Willingness to participate in a shared, rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours emergencies (not every weekend).
