Residential Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Residential Maintenance Technician will provide prompt, skilled service to customers for a wide variety of needs related to high-end home maintenance contracts including:

• Routine and emergency home maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose and solve problems related to systems, appliances, structures
• Fine finish carpentry and millwork installation and repairs
• Kitchen up-fits, cabinet doors, drawer slides, specialty hinges
• Bathroom remodels, install vanities, cabinets and finish work
• Provide exemplary customer service

Qualifications

• A thorough understanding of residential maintenance and home repair
• Solid finish carpentry skills and millwork installation techniques
• Moderate level of electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge
• Cosmetic / touch up painting skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance
