Residential Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on residential units
- Handle tenant requests and complaints
- Manage apartment turnovers
- Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or similar trade
- High School Diploma or greater
Qualifications
Carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall skills are required. Applicants should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
