Responsibilities
Maintain all work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
Manage coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone when scheduled.
Perform quality repairs to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to appliances and water heaters.
Work unsupervised while performing repairs to various systems.
Travel required, primarily local during the business day.
A company vehicle is provided.
Strong customer service skills are required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years' experience in the maintenance field
- Proficient at using a smartphone and computer
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals
- Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass a Motor Vehicle, Drug Screen, Credit, and Criminal Background Check
- Own tools, larger/specialized equipment provided by the company

- Ability to work unsupervised
