Residential Loan Processor

First National Bank of America is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Residential Loan Processor to join the Operations Team. This role will work closely with our sales team, brokers, and other third-party providers to obtain documentation and entails the thorough preparation and evaluation of residential loan applications to be submitted to underwriting, ensuring conformity with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately condition a new loan submission within 24 hours, including but not limited to credit, income, and assets
• Provide regular updates to the broker partner
• Review records to ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with brokers and internal teams effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address transactional challenges
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Competence in income calculation
• Encompass LOS experience a plus
