Residential Life Coordinator
About the role
The Residential Life Coordinator coordinates and implements the day-to-day programming of our Residential Treatment Program, ensuring an environment that is structured, therapeutic, and welcoming. This role oversees residential programming, guides program development, and stewards the residential milieu for every client who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee residential programming
- Guide program development
- Steward the residential milieu
- Lead and supervise Shift Supervisors and Residential Counselors
- Collaborate with the residential leadership team to recruit strong talent, coach for growth, and hold high standards with accountability and care
- Create consistency across shifts, clarity in documentation, and alignment with best practices
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in social work, human services, program management, or related fields. Transferable skills and experience from hospitality and residential life fields may also be considered.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to maintain a valid VT Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation. Occasional statewide travel may be required.
