Residential Instructor-2nd Shift
About the role
As a Residential Instructor, you’ll work with youth who have neurological and/or psychological disabilities, including those who have experienced trauma and abuse, as well as clients with non-verbal and behavioral disorders. This hands-on role involves conducting groups and recreational activities, assisting with behavior plans, and supporting clients with daily living activities, relationship skills, coping mechanisms, and educational subjects. You will serve as a trusted role model in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Meet one of the following qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services
- Two years of residential experience
- A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years
- Parent of a child 7 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay
$23.00–$28.00 hourly, based on qualifications, related experience, and education.
Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid out over the first 6 months.
Schedule
2nd shift: 3 weekdays from 1:30 PM–11:00 PM and 1 weekend shift from 8:00 AM–11:00 PM.
