About the role
The K Company is seeking an organized, customer-focused Residential Install Coordinator to support their growing Residential Department.
Responsibilities
- Schedule residential HVAC installation appointments.
- Cook up daily schedules with installers and department leadership.
- Communicate with customers regarding installation dates, timelines, and project updates.
- Order and track equipment and materials for upcoming installations.
- Prepare work orders and installation paperwork.
- Cook up permits, inspections, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and job records.
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Warehouse, and Accounting to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after each installation.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems.
- Previous scheduling, dispatching, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- HVAC or construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
