Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems
  • Using the Nexstar Service System to educate homeowners and present options clearly
  • Performing clean, code-compliant repairs with a customer-first approach
  • Communicating effectively with homeowners to ensure confidence and support
  • Documenting work thoroughly with notes, photos, and job details
  • Coordinating with dispatch, parts, and install teams to maintain service flow
  • Maintaining workspace and service vehicle to Reynolds' high standards of professionalism and cleanliness
  • Participating in ongoing team training and development

Requirements

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong understanding of diagnostics, tools, and HVAC components
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Pride in craftsmanship and accountability to your work
  • A mindset aligned with growth, responsibility, teamwork, and doing what's right
  • Universal EPA Certification preferred
