Residential HVAC Service Technician

About the role

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician at GEM, you will repair, maintain, and replace all HVAC equipment for the benefit of our customers. This is a full‑time position with benefits, offering a supportive environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems, sometimes in confined or high places.
• Provide world‑class customer service on a daily basis.
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Work closely with other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude.
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work.
• Attend company meetings as necessary.
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies.

Qualifications

• Possess a RI or MA Journeyman License (sign‑on bonus offered).
• Prior residential HVAC service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work on‑call and weekend hours.
